    Can be busy or empty, hard to predict. One drop dunny that gets a lot of use. Only two designated fire pits (and signage in place telling you to keep fires to only the provided pits), strictly BYO firewood. The entry tracks are really only suitable to high ground clearance "soft-roaders" on all terrain tyres, or four wheel drives. No power, no water, no bins. Carry in, carry out applies here.

    The sunsets provide stunning photographic opportunities, as does the amount of bird life in the immediate area. It gets very cold at night during winter (I have encountered -7°C in July at night), and in summer the daytime temps regularly exceed 40°C.

    Zero phone reception. One of the key reasons I keep going back!
